My New Blog

  Whew!! We made it!! Well, we are not completely out of the woods yet..... but I am seeing a marked difference in the amount of people willing to make a change in their lives and move to the Verde Valley, or make the decision to invest in a market that is just begging for it. It is a fabulous time to buy and further more.... Arizona is one of the very few states in this nation that enjoy the best of all worlds. Really....

  When you stop and think about it, where else do you know about that enjoys all four seasons, virtually natural disaster free, has very little if any snow, yet if you enjoy skiing or winter sports the slopes are close by, is an absolute outdoor mecca yet there is plenty to do that nourishes the mind and spirit, and best of all, is still affordable and our communities are very friendly and community minded.  That sounds like heaven to me and surely it is. It is where we live!!

Our economy has taken some definite hits, of course. Like the rest of the nation, we have had our share of foreclosures and short sales which has accompanied the inflated gas prices and general malaise of a nation afflicted by war, loss, and now.... recovery and healing.  Yes, we are recovering and healing. Some folks have just started to realize that life is short. And for the aforementioned reasons have decided to move to our beautiful Valley.  Or to relocate to an area within the Valley that suits them to a tee. A place where mind, body, and spirit are equally fulfilled.
